Michael de Feo (best known as the "flower guy") wants the world to know that street art ain't all aerosol and running from the vice squad. In curating Behind the Seen, an exhibition of works from over 30 of today's most recognizable street artists (stock-in-trade for Bushwick's Ad Hoc Art), de Feo highlights many never-before-seen pieces. Spanning from photography to sculptural work, including personal objects and a variety of styles, the exhibition features alternative artistic endeavors by Lady Pink, Swoon, Shepard Fairey, Lee Quiñones, Elbow Toe, Martha Cooper, and Ron English.
