Verdun — the only electronic act we know of named after a WWI battle — travels the Silk Road tonight, hand-in-hand with ambient Brooklyn foursome the Young Equestrians, in Journey West. The Monkey King stars on four screens in the titular, 1986 Chinese TV show, during two sets that interpret various chapters from the epic novel.
