Sonic Youth's Thurston Moore concludes the Issue Project Room's Decades project this week, bringing the cream of the East Coast noise scene together for three ear-splitting nights. Prurient's Dominick Fernow looms large over Wednesday's show, which brings together Prurient collaborators Richard Dunn and Kris Lapke performing as FFH and Alberich respectively. Thursday offers a break in the electronic din, albeit a very loud break, as Key to Shame (a guitar duo with members of Sightings and No-Neck Blues Band) and Connecticut's Heaven People bring acoustic instrumentation to the mix. Ahlzagailzehguh and Yellow Tears treat harsh noise lovers to a one-off reunion of their August tour on Friday.
