New multi-use space Cameo Art Gallery announces itself to Williamsburg on the biggest party night of the year with the Exploding Baby Masquerade Ball. Costumed, high-energy shenanigans are promised, but the NYC-based performers also appeal to revelers' higher interests. Heavily psychedelic rockers Madam Robot and the Lust Brigade, understated anthem crankers Your 33 Black Angels, and fuzzed-out shoegaze outfit Apollo Heights are highlights on a lineup that takes us deep into '09.
