Part performance art, part serious rock 'n roll, Wales-based septet Los Campesinos! play indie-pop songs that sound like Arcade Fire at a Brady Bunch reunion. The Campesinos clan isn't really a family of farmers (all seven met matriculating at Cardiff University) but a group of MySpace-made-us-famous indie punks that has garnered a healthy hometown following for the upbeat tunes doled out on its debut EP Sticking Fingers into Sockets and a slew of singles. Tonight, Los Campesinos! play tracks from their dance-floor-ready, full-length Hold On Now, Youngster, and local Jonathan Richman aficionados Murder Mystery open.
