It's time to celebrate Brooklyn, and what better way to party than with a free concert in the Prospect Park Bandshell! Sponsored by WaMu banking and Starbucks, tonight's concert features the Cold War Kids as headliners. Despite the mixed reviews of 2006's Robbers & Cowards, their first full-length album, the Kids have been known to put on a pretty rockin' show. Backed by folk-rockers Elvis Perkins and Sam Champion, the show will, at the very least, be worth the cost of admission.
