English Kills says…

In addition to showcasing photos and videos of Brooklyn-spawned happenings, English Kills hosts performances for the duration of Maximum Perception. Tonight, festivities begin with a two-hour feat of endurance, hee-hoo he who Meets Us will adore us, by Holly Faurot and Sarah Paulson. The semi-undressed pair starts with a long series of tiring exercises known as "rock pushes." As the action becomes exhausting, the two recline on Paul Loebach-designed benches, where they take cues (one involves passing rocks from mouth to mouth) from a surveillance video. Openings at this Bushwick spot are friendly, unpretentious, and party-like, and the exhibition includes 19 additional performances, so be sure to drop by on subsequent weekends, as well.
