Twenty-five-year-old Hannibal Buress, recently named the funniest man in his home city of Chicago by Time Out, and scouted for a Comedy Central show, has the jokes for comedic stardom. His quirky observations on buying guns at Wal-Mart and his hopes of one day kicking a pigeon channel the late Mitch Hedberg.
