"Poetry, novelry, and revelry" come together in the ninth iteration of performance collective Birdsong, hosted by Tommy Pico at HiChristina in Williamsburg. Riffing on the Brooklyn zine of the same name, Birdsong performs monthly with regulars PAPS (a gritty folk chanteuse) and 10-15 readers, plus special guests like poet, editor, and novelist Rebecca Wolff. Keeping with the spirit of Brooklyn DIY, the event is free and BYOB. Find a full list of contributors on the zine's website.
