“We can't get enough of Das Racist. The "future rap" trio consisting of Heems, Kool AD, and Dapwell have turned us to us into superfans with their acclaimed mixtapes Shut Up, Dude and Sit Down, Man. Their lyrical skills and unearthly flow transend lightyears past the silly single Combination Taco Bell and Pizza Hut, although that song may be what gave them their first bit of internet notoriety. The kids are sick, so get hip... and fast! The boys are headed on a world tour, so if you plan on catching them in NY, I guess we'll see you tonight at Mishka.”

Our in-store concert series keeps rolling and rolling. Next to perform are our boys in brown, Heems, Kool A.D. and Dapwell of Das Racist. They are intelligent, witty and talented, and we know that they aren’t just going to be a one time meme. Sit Down, Man, a Pitchfork Best New Music nod, airplay on Hot 97 and in a very short while, these dudes have come into their own.
