“There might be a ginormous music festival over on the Third Coast this weekend — sponsored by a certain musical critique site that shall go unnamed here — but we've got our own free fest right here, thankyouverymuch. We're particularly stoked to catch Surfer Blood (what better setting than Coney Island?) and Screaming Females, but we'll never get enough of Matt & Kim, Ted Leo, or Cymbals Eat Guitars. Just remember to stay hydrated and slather on the sunscreen; the Stillwell Avenue pavement can be unforgiving.”
