For those of you who love comedy but can't seem to keep up with, or feel overwhelmed by, all of the great shows going on around New York: come get a full dose of the best and brightest in one long weekend. From the Bell House to the Rock Shop, David Cross, Kristen Schaal, Sarah Vowell, Todd Barry, Michael Showalter, Yo La Tengo, and the man behind the event himself, Eugene Mirman, descend upon your humor-deprived souls. And Mirman can attest to the event's excellence. Or, if not that, at least his own excellence: "I would argue that — much like Samuel L. Jackson — I am not arrogant at all; I'm just actually really, really great."

Rozalia Jovanovic, Flavorpill

Various locations says…

Hey Each and Every One of You, So, I'm back in NY (after almost immediately having to go to LA for the Television Critics Cluster F***) and working on Will Arnett (and Mitch Hurwitz's) new show, Running Wilde.... If you're in NY during September 19th, Jon Benjamin and I are doing a special one-off "Tinkle" for the closing of this years Eugene Mirman Brooklyn Comedy Festival (at The Bell House I think? Not sure). So come to that if you can. Those shows are always fun and a tiny bit educational. Okay, just wanted to check in and make sure you knew that I wasn't dead. I'll see some of you later.
