“Labor Day weekend is your last chance to get the special 100 Years, 100 Stories Tour. The Brooklyn Botanic Garden continues to celebrate its centennial celebration with this special free tour of their historic gardens. See the Shakespeare Garden that exhibits 80 plants mentioned in William Shakespeare's plays and poems, the first garden designed for the vision impaired replete with braille information signs and the oldest continually operating children's garden within a botanic garden in the world. We're sure you know that the primrose is featured in Shakespeare's "The Two Noble Kinsmen." But how about the Dwarf Iris?”
Note:
Tour begins in front of the Visitor Center.
