“Williamsburg gets a taste of Southern hospitality, courtesy of MeanRed, at today's Snout 'n Stout. Woody's Pig Roast carves up a whole hog, and serves it with a choice of three sauces (North Carolina BBQ, pineapple terriyaki, and Cuban mojo) and a mess of sides: cole slaw, potato salad, caesar, and fruit salad. Wash it down with a cold one (craft beers are on hand), and then waddle to the dance floor for some rockin' tunes from DJ Cowboy Mark, of Greenpoint's Kill Devil Hill antique shop. Bring a bib and a hearty appetite.”
