“It's been a decade since the Nuit Blanche (literally, "White Night") tradition kicked off in Paris, but NYC is relatively new to the the global art-party event. Happening in over two dozen cities around the world, the festival incorporates galleries, street art, and on-the-spot happenings to take art into the night. In its second year in Greenpoint, the New York event, dubbed Bring to Light, features scores of artists making a scene inside and out, and even special ferry service from Manhattan for the G-train-phobic among us.”
