He's My Brother She's My Sister seems to invite a broad range of colorful words to describe their music and performances… "Western-tinged," "estranged and glamorous," "psych-idyllic" and "vaudeville-y," with "alleyway rhythms," and "earthy swagger." No doubt this is due in part to their mélange of musical styles, both modern and antique—with a sense of expression that is both sincere and theatrical; in part to their eccentric attire; and to their unique instrumentation. Certainly there is no shortage of inspiration or expression in the band's musical or theatrical palette. They perform with Henry Wolfe at the Knit in January!
