“It seems like just yesterday we were introduced to the quirky inhabitants of IFC's knockout original comedy series, Portlandia. But nearly a year later and with a second season about to hit cable waves, co-creators and stars Fred Armisen (SNL) and Carrie Brownstein (Wild Flag) are taking their dream of the '90s on tour, performing musical numbers, presenting sneak-peek clips, and discussing how the eccentric short-based series came into being. The show's second go, which premieres January 6th, features some returning characters as well as new residents and a slew of special guests including Eddie Vedder, Kristen Wiig (Bridesmaids), Miranda July (The Future), Tim Robbins (Shawshank Redemption), and Annie Clark (St. Vincent).
