The Knitting Factory is a New York institution. Sure, it also boasts locations in Hollywood, Boise, Spokane, and Reno, but it all started here in NYC, more than 20 years ago. Since its first location on Houston Street, the legendary venue has changed addresses a couple of times, now calling Williamsburg its home. But one thing hasn't changed in all that time: the Knit's dedication to groundbreaking music, comedy, and cutting-edge culture. We've been fans as long as we can remember, and plan on staying that way for a long time to come.
