The ideal candidate is a techie, capable of managing a network and systems for 30+ users, and handling the daily deployment and list management for our email magazines. Experience crunching and analyzing stats a huge plus.

    Main Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and executing all email deployments
  • Managing all email lists
  • Carrying out A/B testing on send times, content, subject lines
  • End user technical support
  • Basic network troubleshooting

Flavorpill is seeking an experienced online salesperson to sell advertising space across our network of email magazines and websites. The ideal candidate thrives in the fast-paced environment and enjoys the agility and responsibility of being a part of a small, expanding team.

    Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue by identifying prospects, developing strategic plans, preparing presentations, negotiating rates and schedules, and communicating results to management.
  • Maintain and expand the advertising client base in a variety of categories such as: automotive, beauty, fashion, home furnishings, jewelry/watches, wine and spirits, travel, and luxury goods.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key advertising decision makers.
  • Reach or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Represent Flavorpill at industry events to promote business, where appropriate.
  • Complete forms and process paperwork for assigned accounts.
    Core Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of online media sales or online planning / buying experience.

Flavorpill is seeking an experienced sales person to sell a new online product that focuses on local cultural institutions and venues.     Main Responsibilities:

  • Secure deals with 30-40 key local cultural institutions and venues and sign them to six month contracts for our new product.
  • Complete forms and process paperwork for assigned accounts.

  • Knowledge and passion for local culture and the targeted institutions.

Flavorpill is seeking an organized, detail oriented marketing intern to work in its NYC headquarters. Must have effective communication and writing skills, as well as an understanding of online/email marketing. The ideal candidate also has a background in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (primarily Powerpoint, Word, Excel), or is eager to learn.

    Main Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling marketing initiatives
  • Managing the initiative until its launch
  • Following up on campaigns and create reports using Google Analytics
  • Make basic revisions/edits in Photoshop for campaigns
  • Writing/editing copy for campaigns
  • Research competitors and marketing initiatives
    Core Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple relationships
  • Detail oriented and very organized
  • Understanding of online/email marketing (SEO a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills - especially via email
