Sure, the "Juliette" is Juliette Lewis of Hollywood fame, but don't be fooled — this band is no novelty act. Unlike other celebrity-featuring outfits (anybody remember Dogstar?), Juliette & the Licks actually know how to thrash. With Todd Morse (of seminal hardcore-punk band H20) propping up Lewis' invigorated power-rock yelp, the band's two studio albums are upbeat, rocking portraits of the Hollywood starlet's aggression. The band tours relentlessly, but this is its sole Chicago appearance, so if you want to reach out and touch a true-blue Hollywood celebrity in the midst of a stage dive, this could be your only shot.
