The School of the Art Institute of Chicago's 2007 fall graduates display their thesis projects in all types of media: painting, drawing, video, performance, sculpture, fibers, and interior architecture, among others. Over 70 BFA candidates lock horns to draw the attention of gallerists and graduate-school scouts nationwide. The event's host, Paul D. Miller (aka DJ Spooky), screens his Venice Biennale piece New York Is Now while mingling with the crowd and breaking up any artist fisticuffs.
