Named one of the top ten farmer's markets in the country by culinary legend Alice Waters, the Green City Market is an indispensable destination for fresh, seasonal staples and gourmet indulgences well into the chilly months. The Winter Market makes Green City's locally grown goodies available year-round, and is held indoors through November and December. Today, Green City co-founder and Prairie Grass Café chef Sarah Stegner and her co-chef George Bumbaris host a cooking demonstration illustrating the finer points of farm-to-table gastronomy.
