Tonight's tribute to all things porcine and hops-based is a four-course study in outright indulgence. Created by the bacon lovers at Provenance specialty shop, Vella Cafe's menu includes Comté-and-lardon crepes, spinach salad with candied pork belly, a pork-loin roulade, and shortbread filled with brown-sugar-bacon buttercream. Each offering is paired with its own luscious wines or microbrews.
