This combo of some of the city's best party spinners — the Beta Theta DJs and the Darkwave Disco DJs — bills itself as "something akin to Captain America, Santa Claus, Thor, and Abraham Lincoln teaming up to fight the Nazis with space weapons and flaming battle axes." We're not sure about that part, but there are plenty other reasons to RSVP. All the punk, electro, and new wave you can handle, for one thing. Also, the photo-booth snaps by David Schmelzer, the low-key confines of the Darkroom, and a reasonable all-inclusive price tag for an open bar, bubbly, and party favors.
