Joey's Brickhouse is not just your ordinary restaurant — it's a home away from home, a karaoke bar, and a favorite of the Belmont Avenue theatre folk. The hilarious co-owners, brothers Joey and Greg Morelli, also execute the extraordinary food and service. In 2004, Joey, the restaurant's chef, and Greg, a professional schmoozer, placed a sign on the restaurant door declaring: "We're Italian Jews — which means besides bickering, we're into food." Join the Morellis and their fine Brickhouse team on December 31 for their "No Fuss" New Year's Party. With no big to-do, no lines, and no expectations for a tuxedo or little-black-dress, you can just expect a typical Monday night with friends. The regular menu is provided with a few specials on the side, and the regular crowd will be there drinking their regular drinks. Watch movies, mock Ryan Seacrest, eat some skirt steak, kiss a stranger — this is your night.
