Choosing the vegetarian option can often mean an unbalanced, boring bean burrito or limp macaroni and cheese. Whether you're new to vegetarianism, hoping to diversify your culinary repertoire, or perhaps just wanting to impress your favorite herbivore, this class will expand your veggie horizons. Part of a new series of World Kitchen events offered by the City of Chicago, the course incorporates a variety of pasta, legumes, and fresh vegetables into delicious everyday recipes. Bring an apron and comfortable non-skid shoes for this hands-on workshop.
