Art John Sabraw: Harbinger

Hyper-realistic landscapes and eerily futuristic still lifes come together in new work by English-born painter John Sabraw. In this exhibit, titled Harbinger, he displays elegantly painted scenes of trees and skies laden with vibrant, dark hues. The warmer reds and yellows that serve as his elaborate light sources give the pieces an ethereal glow. Sabraw's subject matter rarely strays from the natural environment — his paintings shine a spotlight on our complicated relationship with Mother Earth.
