More Flavor: Food/Wine [SOLD OUT] Unibroue Ale Pairing Seminar

Sold Out!

Unibroue's beer is delicious, and Custom House's food is delicious; tonight, both serve and explain their respective deliciousness in tandem. For non-biere connoisseurs, Unibroue is a Belgian-style brewery out of Chambly, Quebec, that bottles most of its beers with a yeast sediment that keeps the mix fermenting even after bottling. Recognizing beer's rightful place in haute cuisine, Custom House's chef de cuisine Richard Camarota and beverage director Timothy Lacey walk diners through courses prepared specially for the Unibroue brews. Get excited, for example, about the Ephemere Apple beer matched up with cured sturgeon and juniper crème fraiche, followed by mussels with an orange-zest and olive-oil crostini. Mmm.
