These days, it's hard to imagine anyone feeling threatened by NYC spikes-and-leather crew the Casualties, but if you listen to frontman Jorge Herrera's throat-mangling scream, the earnestly pissed-off attitude is still there. Same goes for hardcore legends DOA and Reagan Youth, ska icons Mighty Mighty Bosstones and Mustard Plug, and a slew of other bands whose patches and pins adorned your jacket back in the day. During Riotfest, the new generation of fascist-stompers — Beer Nuts, IAttack, Muchacha and Johnny Vomit — share the stage with their musical forebears.
