After self-producing Original Soul in 2004, Grace Potter & the Nocturnals turned down a record label and hit the road. Playing every fair and festival that would have them, they evolved into a neoclassic rock 'n roll jam band reminiscent of Neil Young & Crazy Horse. Force of nature Grace Potter is the star of the show, whether she's pounding a Hammond B3 or guitar, or singing in the seductive style of Janis Joplin. Guitarist Scott Tournet, bassist Bryan Dondero, and drummer Matt Burr round out GPN; they hit Logan Auditorium in support of their latest, This Is Somewhere.
