The Intelligent Designers and Entheon Village have drawn up a syllabus to school Chicago dub-style fans. Mashing up sounds between producers and DJs, this event showcases bass-centric artists from all over the US. Bass Science deliver twisted glitch-hop, Chicago's own Cringer brings the jungle to the city, and DJ Phaded spins underground tracks with a downtempo bent. The location is hush-hush, with ticket buyers receiving a speakeasy-style secret address on Thursday; needless to say, you should nab those pre-sales fast.
