The queen of indie comedy returns to Chicago with what could be called a stand-up act, but really should be called a one-woman show. Cho's resume includes a sitcom and Grammy-nominated comedy albums, but she's most at home onstage picking on pop culture, divulging secrets of her own life, and redefining the term "mature content." She's a modern song-and-dance entertainer — only her song and dance make frequent reference to her bisexuality. Cho's performances are shocking because they're true. Her approach to storytelling is open and honest, with a healthy dose of humor that often gets a little dark.
