Music: Rock/Pop The Teenagers w/ Team Robespierre

With trademark Parisian pouts and Zoolander-like stage presence, these fashionable Frenchies sing catchy, often X-rated electro-pop in tongue-in-cheek accented Franglais. Their sugar-coated-crass "Homecoming" single and its accompanying video (shot in a '70s-era style resminiscent of The Virgin Suicides) made quite a splash in the blogosphere last year; now, the dirty-pop scoundrels are back to solidify their American market presence with a US tour in support of their stateside debut, Reality Check. Plus, their DJ and remix skills are just as impressive as their vocal ones — the trio has retooled everyone from Lo Fi Funk to Au Revoir Simone, lending their sounds that exquisite pop je ne sais quoi.
