Yelle's timing couldn't be better, hot as she is on the heels of fellow Frenchies Justice and the Ed Banger crew. The singer got noticed recently for a genitally insulting single, a viral MySpace page, and famous friends — including producer Grand Marnier, who masterminded Yelle's mix of distorted sonics, pop hooks, and day-glo drum programming.
