More Flavor: Food/Wine Two Surly Horses and a Goose: A Midwest Brewmasters Dinner

In this fast-paced world, it takes a pretty good reason for people to stop and smell the roses — for Chicagoans, that reason, more often than not, is beer. Tonight, four brewers from the Midwest come together under the Slow Food banner to usher in summer's favorite beverage. The beer's the focus, but chef Brian Millman also pairs a menu of local, environmentally friendly dishes with the brews.
