More Flavor: Festival Looptopia

The Loop is a bustle of activity during the business day, but it often seems like the district rolls up its carpets once rush hour fades. The second year of Looptopia keeps the fire burning by transforming the Loop into an all-night carnival featuring indoor and outdoor dance, theatre, and music performances, as well as art happenings all over downtown. Highlights include world pop at Federal Plaza, classical concerts at Chicago Temple, and in-store rock from the Green Pasture Happiness at Reckless Records' Madison Street location. Arts org Around the Coyote presents a block of programs, including a LiveBox-curated video lounge at the Cultural Center and an exhibition at Riverwalk Gallery.
