In 1974, Eno was still in his "song" phase and the Dusseldorf showroom dummies were just starting their trip down the Autobahn, but Dieter Moebius and Hans-Joachim Roedelius were already steering the space-rock ship away from Floydian ponderousness into subtler waters.
