Music: Classical Purbayan Chatterjee's Legacy Tour

Tonight's show features two father/son combos. Sitar and tabla authorities Shri Parthapratim, Purbayan, Anindo, and Anubrata Chatterjee join forces to pay tribute to Nikhil Banerjee, a reigning figure in Indian music. The sounds of the sitar can be both haunting and familiar, and these musicians have spread that sensation all over the globe; with the Legacy Tour, they bring a little of their mystical music downtown.
