For 40 Years in Greektown, World Kitchen teams with the Parthenon restaurant for this crash course in traditional and modern Greek cooking. The workshop offers both introductory and advanced lessons, so whether you're a Cyprus transplant or you think "gyro" refers to an American Gladiator, the professional chefs can teach you plenty of new Old World culinary tricks.
