Any pop starlet with the gall to release a single called "Who's That Girl" post-Immaculate Collection had better have more up her sleeve-gloves than just chutzpah. Luckily, Robyn's long-delayed self-titled record is one of the most euphoric pieces of Scandinavian dance-pop since ABBA — or at least Anniemal. The everywhere-but-here hit "Konichiwa Bitches" does b-girl swagger and coquettish come-ons better than anyone since the golden days of Freestyle, while tracks with the Knife and Kleerup hit even harder. There may be no second acts in American pop music, but Sweden's got plenty, and we're all the better for it.
