There are two kinds of people in the world: those who gag at the slightest whiff of BO, and those who lap it up. Lower Class Brats are most certainly in the latter camp. The Austin-based quartet didn't get the memo when punk died, and, as such, they've upchucked some of the drunkest, snottiest tunes this side of '77. It's a sound reminiscent of the days when drinking rubbing alcohol and making out with leather-jacketed psychopaths seemed like pretty good ideas. If safety pins are still a prominent part of your wardrobe, it goes without saying that you're at Reggies tonight.
