Meryl Streep, Goldie Hawn, and Bruce Willis star in this Academy Award-winning black comedy. Hawn and Streep play rivals Helen and Madeline, two self-centered women who have trouble dealing with the concept of mortality. Each vies for the attention of Dr. Ernest Menville (Willis), Mad's husband and Hel's former fiancee. Unbeknownst to the other, both women drink the same potion that grants them eternal life and youth. Unfortunately, never-ending life has some dire, unforeseen consequences. Did we mention it's a black comedy?
