If Halloween spurs a lot of people to get creative with their finery, the party destinations to pick from aren't always quite as inspired (just tack up a few ghosts and gravestones and start pouring drinks, right?). No strangers to big ideas, the impresarios at Co-Prosperity Sphere have more in store tonight. The Boo Haus isn't just a party, although blood-themed beverages and performances by Icy Demons, Baltimore's Nuclear Power Pants, and other bands have that end covered. It's also a Bauhaus-inspired art installation, happening, and wig-out (so they say) with a few surprises up its sleeve. Now there's some good carousing.
