Writer. Producer. Actor. Never-nude. Is there anything David Cross can't do? While we wait for him to reprise his role as the repressed analrapist Tobias Fünke in the upcoming movie version of Arrested Development, Cross has been, as is his wont, all over stage and screen: appearing on Tim and Eric and Important Things with Demetri Martin; voicing characters in animated features and video games; and curating a comedy stage at ATP New York just last month. Cross headlines tonight's standup show just after the release of his first book, I Drink for a Reason, a compendium of essays like "Ideas for T-Shirts to Be Sold at Urban Outfitters" and "Open Letter to Larry the Cable Guy."
