Perhaps the most unintentionally funny film since Troll 2, Tommy Wiseau's The Room has gone from LA cult item (where it still runs monthly after six years) to nationally-notorious turkey. As the film's love triangle unfolds, subplots go hilariously unresolved, and sub-D-list characters over-emote against Z-grade green-screen projection. Still, Wiseau's own lead performance is truly the gaffe that keeps on giving: squirm along here to his infamously stilted James Dean bite. The Room has inspired Rocky Horror-like audience participation (shouts of "Who the f*ck are you?" when unexplained characters stroll in), but the film's own campy, amateur charm is a riot in itself.
