Enjoy an afternoon of eighteenth-century Italian sonatas, canzonettas, and solo cantatas on the theme of love, including treasures by Arcangelo Corelli, Domenico Scarlatti, and others. Led by Adam Liebert (violin) and Roger Moseley (harpsichord), both members of the University of Chicago’s Department of Music.
Presented in conjunction with the exhibition Sites to Behold: Travels in Eighteenth-Century Rome, now on view at the Smart Museum.
