The Newberry Library says…

The Newberry Library Seminars Program provides an ideal setting for learning. Experts in their field teach what they love, and participants study exactly those subjects in literature, music, history, philosophy, genealogy and creative writing which most interest them--all in the classrooms of one of the premier research and reference libraries in the world!

Registration for the winter/spring session is now open and offerings include: Paris, the Real and Imagined City; Jean-Paul Sartre and Albert Camus: Existentialist Literature as Philosophy; The Crusades through Historical Fiction; and Vergil’s Aeneid. Classes begin on Feb. 16, 2010.
