After the drawn-out NBC debacle starring Jay and Conan, we're feeling an unusual hankering for a solid talk show this week. It's fateful then that the Hideout is celebrating the two-year anniversary of its own local variant, the monthly Interview Show, hosted by humorist Mark Bazar. Tonight's top-notch installment features a few movers-and-shakers we'd love to corner and chat up ourselves: the two founders of Bloodshot Records and Paul Kahan, executive chef of the Publican, Blackbird, Avec, and new whiskey-and-taco joint Big Star. To keep things suitably jazzed-up, the evening also features music by the Blacks and comedy by Dominizuelan.
