Hear the premier collaboration of the internationally acclaimed artists and Chicago celebrities David Douglass, Rachel Barton-Pine, and David Schrader in a program of virtuosic music for violins and harpsichord. The violinists and composers Biagio Marini, Marco Uccelini, and Giovanni Fontana were just a few of the superstars of the 17th century who brought audiences to their feet with displays of musical fireworks and heartfelt emotion.
