David Schwimmer became a household name and earned a king's ransom trading quips on a slick, lightweight sitcom. To his credit, he's tackled considerably more ambitious material in his theatrical career with the Lookingglass Theatre Company, first adapting Studs Terkel's Race and now co-writing with Andy Bellin this cautionary tale of the Internet as hunting ground for sexual predators. The production combines live action, text messaging, video projection, and photography to depict an ongoing, if sometimes exaggerated, threat in a hyper-connected age. Schwimmer co-directs with fellow ensemble member Heidi Stillman.
